This utility was a chance to combine modern and classic materials.

Oak veneer has been used by cabinet makers for hundreds of years, along side black touch (anti finger print) matt laminate.

 

We used every inch of this space, managing to fit in a washer, dryer, American fridge and plenty of storage.

​

The handle less detail also worked well in the utility reducing any chance of bumping against handles whilst navigating the room.
